Her handyman and staging teams will spruce up your place in no time and get it ready for market in days. Within a week of talking to her, my property was on the market, spruced up, and staged, with and open house. Within days of the open house she advised me of some really amazing offers and, within 2 more weeks we closed with a really nice check in my hands. Doesn't get any better. Services delivered as promised and above expectations, no fuss, no drama.

Found Janice on Yelp and we met around Feb. In retrospect, I wish we met her sooner. She said, just give me the keys and "I will take care of everything", music to my ears and she totally lived up to it.
